Quoting your own original post will not change the answer. There is still no download section here, regardless of your having 'remembered' one being here. Options for MIPS devices and external hard drives are very limited. When I used MIPS devices (a Casio E-115 and later a Casio EG-800, running CE3.0/PPC OS) I was able to mount a 6GB Accurite external hard drive, which had its own power supply, connecting via a PC card to CF card adapter. Other than that I do not know of any driver or other solution for a MIPS device to use external hard drives.

The answer you gave me was that there was no driver for that device, not that the download section I found wasn't on this site. I know I found one somewhere. Any suggestions where it might be? It had CE drivers for a lot of PCMCIA cards. I'm pretty shure it wasn't HPC Factor - the style was more like this site.
There are some drivers available for Wi-Fi cards, some PCMCIA, some CF. These drivers are not, not have they been, hosted on this site. Rather the charts on those pages carry links to sites which do, or did, host such files. Here's the PC 802.11 compatibility page, for example:
Is that the page to which you refer? Nothing to do with external hard drives there so far as I can see.
