my pc battery ran out now it cannot connect to my computer

I got a new battery but now when I try to sync it to my computer my computer says it can't find my device. It's an old cassiopeia pocket pc. The pocket pc seems to work but can't get the info from the computer what should I do Crying or Very sad

Have you tried booting the PC with the Casio in the cradle and powered on? How about deleting any prior partnerships in Activesync on the PC? It could be that there are already 2 partnerships listed in the Casio's registry, which might block a new one (owing to the 2 partnership limit), in which case a registry editor might help, one like Resco orrPHM with a good Find function to trace and delete these. Or some other fix might be required. You can find a lot of help here:
