Update: ActiveSync 4.x Troubleshooting Guide - General

A solution for the USB driver if you upgraded from ActiveSync 3.x to ActiveSync 4.x and cannot connect. The connection problem may be caused by the ActiveSync 3.x USB driver not being upgraded to the 4.x driver.
