Update: ActiveSync 4.x Troubleshooting Guide

Added information on how to setup ActiveSync to work with the Microsoft ISA Firewall Client. This is done by creating a wspcfg.ini file in the directory where ActiveSync is installed. A batch file to automate this for end users is also available.
