Update: ActiveSync Troubleshooting Guide - Synchronization Errors

Added information on a error converting Word 2003 documents to Pocket Word format with ActiveSync 3.7. To work around the problem disable the document conversion.

Update: ActiveSync Troubleshooting Guide USB Issues

Added information on a USB 2.0 problem for Windows XP and Windows 2000 where you cannot connect if you turn off your Pocket PC while it is in the cradle or you insert the Pocket PC in the cradle before powering on the PC. Microsoft has released updates for Windows 2000 and Windows XP to resolve this problem.
