Added more information on re-registering the Microsoft XML DLLs. Some users need to re-register msxml.dll as well as msxml3.dll.

ActiveSync Troubleshooting Guide - Installation

Added information on using Virtual PC with Windows 2000 or Windows XP on a Macintosh, and installing ActiveSync 3.8.  The installation will hang at 92% complete. The user must wait up to an hour for the installation to complete. Microsoft does support Virtual PC 6.0 and 7.0 for the Macintosh with ActiveSync however there is no support for Virtual PC on the PC with ActiveSync.
