Article: Mail Format Changes after ActiveSync Synchronization

Have you been a experiencing an issue where although you set the Internet Format under Email Properties for a contact item as "Let Outlook decide best sending format" yet after synchronizing with a Windows Mobile 5.0 device using ActiveSync 4.1/4.2 some of the contacts changes this format to "Send using Outlook Rich Text Format"?  Well ActiveSync 4.5 appears to resolve this problem. By Raj Pillai
