Added the Toshiba E-310, E-740 EUU3 update.
Toshiba does not offer the EUU3 update for any other model Pocket PCs.

Pocket PC 2002 Bugs - Compaq

Added two bugs and fixed for the iPAQ 5400 - Headset volume is lower than other iPAQs, unit will not turn on without AC adapter.

ActiveSync Troubleshooting Guide

Added info on the range of com ports that ActiveSync supports with Bluetooth. Also included another possible fix for the Guest connection problem.
