Updated: ActiveSync Versions FAQ and ActiveSync 4.x Troubleshooting Guide

Since Microsoft just released ActiveSync 4.1, I have Added ActiveSync 4.1 information to the ActiveSync Versions. For the ActiveSync 4.x Troubleshooting Guide, multiple corrections and adjustments have been made to cover the improvements with ActiveSync 4.1.

Update: ActiveSync Troubleshooting Guide - Mobile Information Server / Outlook Mobile Access (OMA)

Added info on using Pocket Hosts to allow you to sync with a host that does not have a public DNS entry. Added a note about a problem synchronizing with Exchange using Sprint.

Update: ActiveSync 4.0 Troubleshooting Guide

Added information on the installation order of ActiveSync and the Cisco VPN client.  Also, added information on how to remove the prompt from ActiveSync regarding the default e-mail client for users that are not using Outlook as their default e-mail client.
