I have created a batch file called Activesync_Logs.bat which will collect all of these logs for you and display them in a notepad document for you to copy and paste as needed to send to your OEM or other individual providing assistance with ActiveSync. Required Services ActiveSync 4.x requires certain services to be running in Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Server 2003. The following services must be running on your PC:
I have created ActiveSync_4.x_Start_Required_Srvices.bat to start these services for you. If you are able to connect after running this batch file then review the list of services above to make sure they are started and set to Automatic.
