Resync - Stop and Restart ActiveSync!
So you have ActiveSync and it is not working. If you reboot it works. Well with Resync, it stops and starts ActiveSync so you can sync again. This application does the same thing as the user switching to the task manager and killing the wcescomm task. Then it restarts ActiveSync just like you would if you clicked on the ActiveSync icon.
